Why we made it

The businesses we knew were not short of customers. They were short of hours. A shop owner answering the same delivery question forty times a week. A clinic receptionist repeating the doctor's timings all morning. An agency losing a lead because nobody replied until Monday.

The tools that existed were built for large support teams with engineers to run them. Ours had to work for a person with a phone, a website, and no developer.

What we believe

An honest "I don't know" beats a confident wrong answer. A chatbot that invents a delivery date costs you the customer it was meant to keep. Ours says what it knows, and hands the rest to a person.

Setup should take an afternoon, not a project. Pick your trade, point it at what you already have, paste one line of code. That is the whole job.
