Download the plugin
The zip is in your ChatNory panel, under the install instructions for your chatbot.
Upload and activate
WordPress admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the zip → Activate.
Paste your chatbot id
Settings → ChatNory → paste the id from your panel and save. The widget appears at once.
Common worries
Will it slow my site down?
The widget loads after your page has finished, from our servers, and adds nothing to the page's own rendering. Your speed scores do not move.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The widget lives in its own shadow DOM, so your theme's CSS cannot break it and it cannot break your theme.
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. If WooCommerce is installed the plugin uses it; if not, everything else still works.
Can I use it on client sites?
Yes. On Pro and Enterprise you can run several chatbots from one panel and put each on a different client's site, with your own branding.
Is the plugin free?
Yes, on every plan including the free one. You only pay for the ChatNory plan itself.
