The small print, in plain words
Do I need my own OpenAI key?
No. The AI is included in every plan, the free one as well. If you already have your own key and prefer to use it, there is one field for it.
What counts as a message?
One reply from your chatbot to one visitor. What the visitor types is not counted.
What happens if I go over the limit?
Nothing breaks and nothing is charged automatically. Buy a top-up for that month, or move up a plan — whichever is cheaper for you.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, up or down, from your billing page. Moving up takes effect immediately; moving down takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
How do I pay?
Card, or the local methods we support in your country. Every payment produces a downloadable invoice with your company details on it.
Is there a free trial of the paid plans?
The free plan never expires, so there is no clock on trying the product. Ask us if you want a trial of the paid features for a specific project.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays exportable until you delete it. Cancelling stops the billing; it does not wipe your account.
